Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about hiring with — or working for — GlobalEmployees.

For Clients

What is GlobalEmployees?+

GlobalEmployees is a US-based dedicated staffing provider serving US and European businesses for over 12 years. We help companies hire full-time, pre-vetted remote professionals — you manage their work directly, while we handle recruitment, payroll, HR, and office infrastructure.

What services does GlobalEmployees provide?+

We provide dedicated, full-time remote employees matched to your exact requirements. Candidates are sourced, vetted, and shortlisted by our hiring experts, and you get matched resumes within 48 hours. You interview as many candidates as you like, free of charge, and have full control over who you hire. You can scale your team up or down whenever you need without long-term contracts, while we take care of infrastructure setup, HR, and payroll.

For which skills can I hire resources from GlobalEmployees?+

We cover 145+ domains including web and app developers, e-commerce experts, digital marketers, SEO specialists, content writers, social media managers, UI/UX designers, data entry operators, virtual assistants, and more.

What is your pricing structure?+

Pricing depends on the role, skill set, and experience level you need — dedicated full-time professionals typically cost up to 70% less than equivalent local hires. There are no upfront recruiting costs and interviews are free; you only pay once you've selected the employee you want to work with. Contact us for a free, no-obligation quote.

Are there any upfront recruiting costs?+

No. GlobalEmployees doesn't charge anything upfront. Sourcing, vetting, shortlisting, and interviews are all free — you only pay the monthly fee once you've chosen your employee and they start working with you.

What is included in the monthly cost?+

Everything except the work itself: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, HR management, office infrastructure (workstation, peripherals, internet), and a dedicated account manager. You manage the employee's day-to-day work; we manage everything else.

How quickly can I hire?+

You'll receive matched, pre-vetted resumes within 48 hours of sharing your requirement. Most clients complete interviews and select a candidate within days. Note that some dedicated full-time candidates may need to serve a notice period with their current employer before starting.

Is there a guarantee?+

Yes. Every hire is backed by our 100% money-back guarantee and free replacement policy. If your employee's performance is unsatisfactory, we'll replace them at no additional charge or refund you.

Are there any long-term contracts?+

No. GlobalEmployees doesn't bind you with long-term contracts. You can hire dedicated resources long-term or for shorter engagements, and expand or reduce your team with short notice.

Can employees work in my time zone?+

Yes. Let our hiring manager know your preferred hours during the initial briefing and we'll shortlist candidates who are flexible to work in your time zone.

Does GlobalEmployees provide infrastructure support?+

Yes. We take care of the entire infrastructure — workstation, computer peripherals such as headsets and webcams, reliable internet, and office space. If your project requires specific software or hardware, let us know; specialized high-priced tools may come at additional cost.

What data security measures do you have in place?+

Protection of your data is our primary obligation. We use NDAs, VPNs, limited access controls, and secured machines. Your data can be stored on your own servers or on a separate secured work server — never on the employee's personal computer — and employees cannot send or copy data via personal email or USB drives.

Do you sign an NDA?+

Yes. All employees are required to sign an NDA, and a copy is available on request. If you'd prefer we sign your own NDA, we can arrange that too.

Does GlobalEmployees take care of payroll and taxes?+

Yes, absolutely. Employees are on GlobalEmployees' payroll — we handle salary, taxes, leave, attendance, and onboarding. You have complete day-to-day control over the work, and you're welcome to offer your employees incentives and bonuses on top.

Are the resources dedicated or shared?+

Fully dedicated. Your employee works exclusively for you, full-time, on your projects and your schedule — not shared across multiple clients like freelancers.

How do you ensure work is completed on time?+

You monitor and direct the employee's work directly — daily reports, standups, and your own project management tools. In addition, a dedicated GlobalEmployees manager stays in regular touch with your employee to keep everything running smoothly.

Can I use my own interview questions or tests?+

Yes. Send your questions or screening tests to our hiring manager and we'll include them in the vetting process before candidates reach you.

For Job Seekers

Why should I join GlobalEmployees?+

GlobalEmployees has been in the dedicated staffing business for over a decade, with 950+ placements across 145+ domains with top US and European companies. We offer secure, full-time remote jobs with perks such as paid leave, health insurance, childcare incentives, and performance bonuses.

Is the job contractual?+

No. GlobalEmployees only offers secure, full-time job opportunities — not freelance or short-term contract gigs.

Do I have to pay anything to GlobalEmployees after I get hired?+

No. We never charge candidates anything for placement. Our clients pay us to find skilled professionals for their teams.

Whose payroll will I be on?+

You will be on GlobalEmployees' payroll. Salary, payslips, appraisals, and benefits are all managed by GlobalEmployees, while your day-to-day work is directed by the client you're placed with. Your salary is credited by the 3rd of every month.

What is the vetting process?+

Our hiring experts screen and shortlist your resume against the client's job profile, then interview you by phone to understand your background and expertise. Next, an in-house industry expert interviews you and may set a skills test (e.g., a coding test for developer roles). If you clear that stage, your profile goes to the client for a final interview — clear that, and you're offered the job.

How can I apply for a job with GlobalEmployees?+

Visit the Career page on our website to see open positions, or reach out to us at hr@globalemployees.com. You can also follow our LinkedIn page to stay updated on job listings.

Does GlobalEmployees offer holidays, paid leave, and sick leave?+

Yes. You get 1.5 paid vacation days every month plus the annual calendar holidays observed by the client you work with. Leave requests go through your team lead and our HR manager; for family or medical emergencies, simply inform us before your shift starts.

What perks and benefits do you offer?+

Health insurance, paid leave, quarterly and yearly performance bonuses, childcare incentives (including medical coverage for your children and an annual education contribution), referral bonuses, employee appreciation awards, and a Professional Growth Program that sponsors upskilling courses.

Do I need to be fluent in English?+

We prioritize your skills, expertise, experience, and attitude. However, basic written and verbal English communication is expected, as you'll primarily be working with US and European clients.

Who will be my point of contact?+

Every employee gets a dedicated GlobalEmployees manager, reachable by chat, email, or phone. They help with onboarding, act as a bridge between you and the client, and resolve any issues — our standard response time is 24 hours.

Are daily standups mandatory?+

Yes, daily standups are mandatory initially to make sure things run smoothly for you and the client. Once things are settled, and unless the client requests otherwise, you may be excused from ongoing standups.

Are working hours flexible? Is overtime paid?+

GlobalEmployees offers flexible working hours and a flexible work-from-home environment. We don't expect employees to work overtime unless absolutely necessary — and when you do put in extra hours, we make a point of rewarding it.
